The personal data administrator, to the extent necessary to perform the service provided by the Customer, may provide personal data with his consent:

  • the operator of the on-line payment system, PayPro S.A. st. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, NIP 779-236-98-87, REGON 301345068, KRS No. 0000347935, which is an entity providing payment services within the meaning of the Act of 19 August 2011 on payment services (Journal of Laws of 2011, No. 199, item 1175). The transfer concerns the data necessary to make the payment by PayPro, in particular: name and surname, e-mail address, address, telephone number.

The data will be processed for marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent to such processing.

In the scope of services of BAC SP.Z O.O. Your data will be processed for the period in which these services will be provided and, in justified cases, after their completion, but only if it is allowed or required under applicable law, e.g. processing for statistical, billing or claiming purposes.
